Each ZHAUN BARRY piece is created with intention; shaped through handwork, material, and time. While every piece is made to move with you, we understand that care, adjustment, or support may sometimes be needed beyond the initial purchase.

Kindly include your order details along with a brief description and supporting images where applicable. All requests are subject to review prior to approval.
Returns & Exchanges
Requests may be considered within 7 days from receipt, under the following conditions:
The item remains unused and in its original state
Original packaging and tags are intact
The request is submitted and approved prior to return
Given the limited nature of our pieces, replacements are not always guaranteed. Where applicable, we may offer an alternative of similar value.
Refunds are not standard practice and are only accommodated in exceptional cases.
Aftercare & Repairs
We offer aftercare support for items requiring repair due to craftsmanship-related concerns.
Each request is assessed individually
Repair fees may be waived depending on the nature of the issue
Shipping costs to and from our studio will be shouldered by the client
Requests involving wear from regular use, external damage, or mishandling may be subject to additional charges.
Shipping Responsibility
All shipping arrangements related to returns or aftercare are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon.
Verification
A valid proof of purchase is required for all requests.
Processing Time
Approved requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe during business days. Timelines may vary depending on the nature of the request and availability of materials.
